We collect your name, email address, mobile number, date of birth and the payment identifiers you use — such as your UPI handle or Paytm-registered number. We also log device type and IP address during each session for security purposes.

We retain a reference to the transaction identifier and amount for as long as required by applicable financial record-keeping rules. The full UPI handle or PhonePe number is masked in our logs once the transaction is confirmed and verified.

Yes. Submit a deletion request via email or in-account chat. We will erase your personal identifiers from live systems within 15 business days, subject to any statutory retention obligation that legally prevents earlier deletion.
